Is Whitening Soap Bad To Our Skin? Why Or Why Not?

it is only bad if you -
- overuse or misuse it
- or if it contains hydroquinone, mercury or steroids
- or if you use it without wearing sunscreen daily.

   I have a face wash that’s face brightening and it’s good..but I’ve never heard of whitening soap..
