I followed the directions on the package completely, but when I finished whitening I noticed that my bottom gums were very sore. Within two days, I noticed that my bottom gums had actually blistered–almost like when you burn your normal skin, that kind of blister. It hurts so badly–how do I heal this?
warm salt water rinses and if this is a tray-type bleaching kit, use less bleach. I personally don’t use rembrandt because it always irritates my gums and teeth more than Crest Night Effects
