Try Bio Oil. It is fantastic for any blemishes etc. I had legs like yours, and now I swear by Bio Oil.

go to a dermatologist. But if you can’t I would try to hide them with tanning products, like lotions or go get a Mystic Tan.. It won’t completely cover them but they will be a lot less noticeable.
