My skin isn’t COMPLETELY covered with acne, but I have a lot of zits in the forehead & cheek area. How do I get rid of it and why do I keep getting them? Why wont they go away ughh.
I use Clean&Clear, but so far it isn’t working, it said 100% of people see results in about a day and i’ve been using for 3. Face masks, different soaps, scrubs, nothing works so im tryin clean&clear.
Please answer these as well.
Why am i getting so many?
Why wont they go away?
Is it because i dont drink a lot of water?
Do i sleep to little?
Any suggestions???

Ok, calm down!!
First of all, you will never see any reasonable results in one day from using any wash at ALL, that goes for everyone.
Face masks should really only be used once a week, try not to use soaps as more often than not, they inflame the skin (if your desperate, use dove.), scrubs are good, so long as they are sensitive ones and don’t hurt your skin to the point that it turns out red.
In my opinion, your getting acne because your either young, or you have a bad diet (these may not be true as sometimes the cause for acne is in your genes)
assuming your a teenager, acne is a natural part of growing up and there will always be times that you will have a break-out, here’s my advice,
Drink PLENTY of water, this will flush the bad stuff out of your system
Avoid fatty and greasy foods, instead, eat lots of fruit and vegetables which contain natural sugars which aren’t as bad for you as some other sugars.
Stay away from concealers as much as possible, they tend to clog up the pores and more acne appears
I would suggest using the following items (these are what I use) another thing, results will always vary, I have naturally clear skin, but I still get acne as I’m still a teen as well, so these products may not work for you as well as they do for me,
DOVE CLEANSER AND TONER IN ONE – It’s soap free and pH neutral, which is pretty good, and it’s for all skin types which is of course an added bonus, it’s a gentle foaming cleanser, and is dermatologically tested.
All you do, is when your in the shower or bath, mix a little bit of this stuff in the palm of your hand with some water, and rub your hands together (make sure your hands are clean!) until it becomes a froth, then simply massage it into the wet skin on your face, targeting the problem areas, and then rinse thoroughly. I would give it about 2 weeks to have a major affect on your skin.
PRICELINE CUCUMBER FACIAL MASK – This little beauty is a once-every-week treatment for your skin, it’s a mask that once dry, will leave your skin feeling nice and smooth when you wash it off with warm water. First of all, you must wash your face with warm water, while your skin is still damp, put as much on as you want (not too thick though), and make sure your hair is pulled back because it doesn’t really feel nice if you have hair sticking to your skin. Avoid your eyes at all times!!!
NEUTROGENA OIL FREE MOISTURISER FOR SENSITIVE SKIN – If your skin is feeling a little bit dry, this is just for you! It’s oil free, so it won’t clog up your pores, and it still allows your skin to breathe, if you must put on make-up though, apply this first.
It comes in a pump bottle, which makes it even better because in one motion, you have nice moisturiser.
Just remember, that these products are the products that I use, so they may not be for everyone, if all else fails, ask your GP
-Hope I helped!!!
