First of all, if you need protection from tanning – STAY OUT OF THE SUN!!!!!! And, sun block has NOTHING to do with making your skin white!!!!!!!!!!!
The color of your skin is determined by your family gene pool.
Sun block won’t whiten your skin. Lack of sun exposure will over time. Use a high sun block 45SPF at least. I like using children’s sun block it works really well in really any brand just find one you like the smell of. I hate the smell of Coppertone and my Mom loves it.

skin whiteners will whiten skin, sunscreen will keep it that way.
