Can Someone Tell Me The Composition Of The Whitening Pills? And Food In Order To Clarify The Dark Complexion?

I’m from Argentina.I searched in local drugstores and there are self-sunbathing pills but there aren’t the opposite ones.So can someone provide me their formula(chemical substances) in order to ask to make them in a laboratory drugstore?
As regards food,I could only find that vitamin c from citrus fruits inhibits the production of melanine in our skin.Someone knows any extra-knowledge about it ?
Yours truly, thanks very much in advance!!!!!!!

The sunbathing ones are called tyrosine pills and the opposite of that are skin whitening pills which is common in Asia. Most of the time, L-Glutathione pills are taken in with a combination of Vitamin C pills that are double the dosage of the L-Glutathione pills. The L-Glutathione pills should be taken in 500mg dosages a day which will run you about 20 dollars a bottle of 60 pills. The Vitamin C pills should be taken in 1000mg dosages and usually come in 500 pills a bottle for 20 dollars. However those prices are only in the USA so if you want to order them from overseas, you can either do so from Asia or USA though they will be more expensive. It should take anywhere from 60-90 days to see results because as this is something is generally safe to do, your body will react to it over time. Any thing that changes your skin color too fast is unsafe btw. Also, you not right that Vitamin C inhibits melanin. If you want products that inhibit melanin i would suggest looking for Kojic Acid or licorice extract soaps. Everything EXCEPT hydroquin please. What Vitamin C does is convert the brown melanin into the lighter melanin. I could write more but yeah too tired, email if you still got questions but that pretty much covers it. Oh and i forgot to make it clear but the L-Glutathione pills are more important then the vitamin C because they are responsible for the process of converting the melanin.

Girl, take pride in your skin color. I am Indian but I live in America. I study beauty cross culturally. And it is a Eurocentric bias to prefer light skin. And global imperialism has spread this bias through colonialism and cultural imperialism to many parts of the world. In India, you will find stores flooded with all sorts of skin lightening cream. Women cross culturally have accepted light skin as the norm and suffer self-esteem issues and develop internal hatred problem simply due to what a dominant culture’s ideal of beauty.

Why would you want to be whiter? All that does is open yourself up for more long-term skin damage.
