Skin Bleaching Ingredients?

Okay, So i’ve read that 1 tb peroxide 1tb lemon juice and 1 tb glycerine works for bleaching/whitening skin, but where do i buy these ingredients?
P. S. Do not tell me pale skin is ugly or anything please, i am a goth, i do not want a tan, i think it looks horrible, Thankyou

    peroxide and glycerin can be bought at a pharmacy (i work at one)
    lemon juice can be bought at any grocery store.
    Just dont use real bleach lol!

    Yes you can use peroxide, lemon juice (place on skin for 10 minutes and then wash off), use a regular white potato (either soak in water for 10 minutes and rub on face and then wash up or just cut the potato and rub on face leave on for 10 minutes or wash off, or blend up a potato and place in a pantyhose and place on the areas.), or make a baking soda and water mixture leave on for 20 minutes and wash off. I was doing this to lighten scars from my face and it was working for the newest ones but the old ones take time.
