I Need A Whitening Cream Made From The Philippines??
I am filipina residing here in USA and i have a filipina skin color(MORENA). I heard that in the philippines, people are going crazy over whitening products which i heard really works especially seeing alot of my friends and family have used it… CAn you guys tell me whats the best brand to use, the most effective one too.. i dont like the papaya soap. hehee
i use a mild skin lightening soap called dermaline black licorice soap from the philippines… the creams and lotions work well too.
The only way is to go glutathione-based, whether that be tablets, soap, cream or injectables.
