don’t know how to whiten under arm area but the chicken skin(I am assuming you mean like small bumpy areas?) is probably caused by your razor. Try using a good shave gel with aloe and make sure you use a good, sharp razor. You can try applying witch hazel after you shave.
Well, my baby sis has dark under arms, and she is real self conscious about it. I think my mom is going to take her to a spray tanning salon to try and even out her tone. But I read somewhere once that a person can take a brush and brush on baby powder to the area they want lighter and then use a powder of lighter color to hold it on. I just read on the internet last night about hydrogen peroxide bleaching a persons skin, although I wouldn’t recommend doing this on pupose, and another site said lemon juice would rid u of freckles, which are dark, so maybe that would help, but citrus is an acidic substance, and may irritate or blister your skin if not diluted.
