Can You Advice Me What To Use To Make My Skin Whiten?

I’m causican and I totally disagree with the answers above about pale not being pretty…I love my pale skin and put a lot of work into it to keep it that way. Although, I agree Michael Jackson is a bit weirder human being.
I wear SPF60+ tinted mosturising sunscreen, it’s a German brand called “My”. I’ve bought some whitening Elizabeth Arden and am waiting for that to arrive by mail, it has SPF20+. These will keep you as pale as you are, trust me I forgot to apply the My below my eyebrows over a number of days and they burnt just from day-to-day sun exposure.
I have oily skin unfortuently, I have two tubs of Nivea Night Renewal Creme that make me break out. However, it did a good job of keeping me white, use it if you have dry/normal skin. Now I use Nivea Multiple Whitening Fluid 20+ at night despite being a day cream (With 15+ sunscreen) because its non-oily formula suits my skin. I also have little samples of the Night Whitening Milk from Nivea and am using this to whiten some freckles on my arm and some burns on my legs, it seems to be working. I’d recommend it for your body.
I’ll presume you’re from Asia (although you could be from Africa, it’s fashionable there to whiten skin too) and i’d advise you to stick to household brands or ones that you could buy in department stores with skincare products. There have been cases of skin cancer and ultimately death in parts of Africa from using poorly made products. The results will probably better and will last better making it worth the investment.
Have fun!

dont go there. We are tired of people’s obsession with whiter skin color. It is a disease There is nothing superior or more attractive about whiter skin… please.consider the error of this faulty logic. Improve your character, do good deeds, dont worry about skin color, ever.

I devloped really bad melasma so my dermatologist gave me hydroquinone. You can buy it over the counter at 2% or get an Rx for anything between 4% or 20%. It is a little irritating to your skin and you have to wear sunblock ALL of the time, but it worked and I look a lot better.

Yes tis is what asian does to their skin colour, most of us wants light skin just lik how Americans and Europeans love tanned skin.
When it comes to lightening your skin, the basic and the most important to do is sun block. Sunblock not only blocks away the harmful rays and oso helps in keeping your skin from getting darker. If you are staying outdoor you can use sunblock of a higher SPF. But if most of the time you are staying indoor do not use high SPF sunblock as it will clog your pores. Just reapply when you need to go outdoor.Just a simple reminder strong lights will tan a person too, so if you work indoor but there are strong lights, like those light for photo shooting and flim its still necessary to apply sunblock. Ok now lets go into how to lighten your skin. when you exfoliate your skin it will clear away dead skin that has been on your face for decades, naturally your face will be brighter. After exfoliating of course its time for whitening masks. If you think that your skin is really dirty with lotxa dead skin and black & white heads i suggest a deep cleansing mask which penetrate deep into you skin and remove dead skins and stuff. But please bear in mind tat if you skin is dry dun use deep cleansing mask cos it will make your skin even drier. If you are constant enough and work on sunblock daily, exfoliating and masks 2-3times a week i suppose your skin will look brighter and with radiance.

Why do you want to have your skin to change. You are who you are. Love your self for who you are,. Look at michael Jackson what he has done to want to be white, Yes he has fame but he is a total mess how he looks. I would say be careful on just listening to anyones advice that is not professional. Good luck

I’m guessing what you mean it making the skin “fairer/paler”. Coming from Hong Kong as an Asian I can totally understand. Some cultures still values fair skin, because it represents refinement and gentleness (because people with fair skin are presumably usually indoors working, studying, playing pianos instead of roughing it up at the beach), and fair skin is what a lot of people still look for in girls. Plus a lot of make up and clothes just look better if your skin is fair (not necessarily Caucasian fair, just not too yellow or too dark) because unfortunately that is the way they design them.
As another answerer said above, stay out of the sun if you really want to be pale. I personally don’t like this method too much because 1) It’s not that healthy to stay couped up indoors all day, 2) IF you are an Asian, depending on your genes and health, paler skin may bring out a very yellowish tone in you. Overly yellow skin never looks good because it makes you look sick, and 3) There is really no reason to not enjoy the coming spring and summer weather.
What I do is wear sunblock or a moisturizer with SPF when I go out, then get some whitening lotion (not widely available in North America though). I used Olay’s white radiance UV whitening cream once with pretty good results, and there are also various other products that claim to make your skin fairer. A friend of mine who has very fair skin told me she washes her face with milk every night. Don’t know if it really works but no harm in giving it a try. I’ve also read on makeupalley.com that some women makes facials out of honey and powdered milk. Also not sure it it will work for you, but if you are into putting food one you face, that could be a great way to lighten your skin too.
It really isn’t a big deal to decide to lighten your skin, as long as you know it is a conscious lifestyle choice and not some crazy race-changing thing (very last generation). Heck, to most in Hong Kong it’s as big a deal as dying your black hair brown. Good luck.
P.S. Fair skin is pale skin but with a flush of rose. Pale skin is just whitish pale with no blood and usually means that the person not only never goes out into the sun but also not very healthy. Aim for fair skin, pale skin looks ghastly.
