Cocoa Butter For Curling Iron Burns – Does It Work?

I want to GET RID OF this little brown scar from a curling iron burn 3 months ago. Ive been putting cocoa butter, vitamin e, and mederma on it… nothign seems to be getting rid of it.
Should i stick to cocoa butter, or do you guys think i should get a skin whitening cream? Ive never used one and am afraid… but i will do ANYTHING to get rid of this curling iron burn!
