If your question pertains to natural organic products that can be found in the market to improve complexion and texture of your skin, there are indeed quite a number of them. some of the examples would be papaya extract, honey, oatmeal, lime juice, and ofcourse cucumber for the dark circles around your eyes. You would also have to consider not spending too much time under the sun without sunscreen protection...

Im asian, and I have EXTREMELY dark skin. Like Philllipines. (Not being racist or anything, just an example). Im Korean btw, and I live in Hawaii, so it’s pretty hard to maintain white skin. Also, dont tell me that tan skin is beautiful and stuff D: I just want white skin. Slow results are fine…as long as it works. Please also, don’t tell me stuff unless you have tried it, or have done...

I’m 4 weeks pregnant, and taking a 500mcg folic acid pill 2 times a day (which means daily dosage of 1000mcg). Is this amount ok? I’ve yet to attend my first antenatal appointment, so I can’t ask the doctor yet.
Also, is it ok to take the skin whitening supplement ‘Hakubi C’ while pregnant? The leaflet inside the supplement box says it is also an extra supply of Vit C for pregnant...
