so i’ve been looking online on how to brighten/whiten skin and i came across lemon juice ..
is it true?
if so, how long am i supposed to keep the lemon juice on my skin (all night, all day, wash it off, etc?) how much whiter/brighter will this make my skin if i have a “mocha” complexion?

try using green papaya soap –it is said to be more effective than the normal orange papaya soap.
i used to be really dark because of swimming…just stay off the sun for a while…and you’ll see the change in the color of your skin

well it was after summer break when I reconcile with one of my old friends. It’s been 3 years since I saw her. Now she looks different. 3 years ago, I remember she has tan-complexion. Then now when I saw her, I was totally shock. She has white-complexion. And she never had a single break-up.
then I ask her about it. First she told me she never used whitening products. Second, she told me that her mother told her that, always taking a bath with cold water and staying indoor or inside the house for a long time makes your skin whitens.
Is it really true? please answer so I can try too. I am ready to stay indoor for a long time and always bath in a cold water. Maybe I could put ice cubes in the bath tub.
